Indications for use
- The orthosis is used to immobilize (completely fix) the knee joint
- Soft cotton inner layer provides comfort during use
- The detachable design of the orthosis allows you to adjust the internal volume, ensuring speed and convenience when putting on, easy access to the problem area
- Three metal stiffeners reliably immobilize the knee joint. The ribs can be modeled if necessary
- Straps with Velcro fasteners ensure a tight fit of the product to the leg
- Protective circle of the kneecap, protects against injury
Knee joint tutor. A knee joint tutor or immobilizer is designed to immobilize the leg and knee joint and is a rigid orthosis and replaces plaster, in many ways surpassing it in functionality. The tutor allows you to individually adjust the fixation of the knee and bones in case of fractures without displacement or ligament ruptures, provides more rigid and anatomical fixation than plaster. The knee tutor is individually adjustable, it can be removed for washing or for hygiene procedures, helps to avoid irritation and bedsores, and it also has better blood supply to the leg, compared to plaster.
